A young boy from Neoden, Lader gets involved in the war with the Dark Crusaders when one of their invasion forces attacks before his very eyes. He is saved by Captain Huckebein, and they quickly become friends. Despite worries about his safety, Lader is made an honourary member of the SDG after it is discovered that he is able to activate Captain Huckebein's Soul Drive.
