• Weapon: Uncle's Gift - This heavy morningstar was a gift from her uncle on the day she left. It's almost too big for her to wield, but she's hardly going to let something as simple as that keep her from using it in defense of herself or her husband to be.

• Description:

Wilhelmina is a lovely little catgirl with tentacles where her legs should be. From the waist up, she's a normal little girl, albeit one with fluffy kitty ears and a tail. From the waist down is a spread of ten wiggly tentacles which hover mysteriously an inch above every surface, allowing her to stand normally. Her uniform is deep, rich green, and extends to the floor to hide her tentacles. Several small holes are concealed in folds of the fabric, allowing her to wiggle a tentacle out and snag something should she need it. Her hair is vivid blue, and her eyes a soft orange.

Mina is a sweet little girl who loves her family dearly, despite being thought of as a low-grade bargaining tool, but is also stubborn and has a long proud streak as well. Her lineage is a proud and noble one, and she makes sure that others know this. She takes her duties to her family very seriously, to the point of chasing down the man she was due to marry and attempting to force him into carrying through with the wedding.

• Background and Motives:

Wilhelmina was the runt of the litter, figuratively. She was very small and pale growing up, but didn't let it dampen her enthusiasm at all. She knew she wasn't normal, having tentacles instead of legs, and being able to 'swim' through the air, but she just covered it up and acted as if it were nothing. Her family treated her gingerly, at best. She was kept away from others, and never allowed to go out where others might see her deformity.

When she turned thirteen, she found out that she was due to marry a handsome Spanish nobleman. Little Wilhelmina was overjoyed, and prepared eagerly for the day she would be married. It was part of a political deal for her parents to gain more trade contacts and land in Spain, but Mina didn't care. She was going to do everything in her power to make him a good wife and her family a useful daughter. When he finally arrived, she was entranced. Smooth-talking, sophisticated, and even more handsome than his descriptions made him out to be.

She had beens standing at the altar, waiting for her husband to be to show, when she heard that he'd gone missing. She fled the chapel and raced to find him, fearing the worst. She found him tangled up with her three bridesmaids, a cook, and her nursemaid, asleep. Her father, scandalized, chased the scoundrel from his house, and forbade any of his daughters from ever talking to him again. Mina was determined to be of use to her family, though, and chased after him a week later.

She still isn't sure how he managed to talk her into being his personal servant, or how they ended up on the deserted isle, but each day that passes makes her even more determined to force him to marry her.
