Calculate full damage potential: Base damage x EN/Ammo/100 PCs as appropriate (for MAPs, multiply by the range. For weapons that use both ammo and EN/PCs, use EN/PCs instead)
Factor in multipliers:

(V) = x2
(G) = x0.75
(X) = x3
(P) = x0.5
(M) = x0.5
(B) = x1
(F) = x1.5
(I) = x1.5
(T) = x2
(D) = x3
x = x(1+# of hits)
# = x(0.5+# of hits/2)
[H] = x1.5
